There are a number of health resources online for users who want to connect with others or find out more information about topical health issues, public health crises and answers to personal health questions. Most websites allow for users to sign up for subscriptions by asking the user to register by providing a user name and password.  This allows the user to view information on the site and receive information via e-mail and or via a cell phone.  The CDC and AHA websites below include the main website addresses and also a site where users can register to receive information electronically.   The following is a list of resources that can provide such information:
